[PATCH v2] Fix USB Type C hub crash in typec_altmode_update_active

This patch was posted previously on lkml. I've updated the patch to fix 
another memory overrun in ucsi_unregister_altmodes

The following crash occurs whilst plugging in a Thinkpad USB type C dock 
and appears to be affecting other users as seen below;

con->partner_altmode[i] ends up with the value 0x2 in the call and it's 
because the array has been accessed out of bounds. There is also another
