Okay, this is good so far.  The output makes it clear that there won't 
be enough allocatable bandwidth to send data out to the headphone, but 
there should be enough to read data in.

Next you need to make sure your kernel has CONFIG_USB_DEBUG and
CONFIG_USB_MON enabled.  Before starting the test do

	dmesg -c >/dev/null

and follow the instructions in Documenetation/usb/usbmon.txt for 
capturing a usbmon trace from bus 3.  Try reading some data, and after 
it fails, send the output from dmesg together with the usbmon log.
