Hi Christoph,

I removed vhci specific unmap/map_urb_for_dma() and clear the
HCD_DMA flag in order to disable vhci's DMA capability in HCD.

My intention was to skip dma mapping and unmapping of HCD and
after applying your patch, I confirmed that vhci doesn't do DMA
mapping and unmapping without vhci specific dma functions.

I think this has been modified to suit your intentions.
If you are okay, this patch will be taken into Greg's branch.
