ethernet and file system through USB in an embedded device

I have been requested to provide these two functionalities from a Linux
embedded device to a PC host, but it is impossible to load both modules
at a time, or compile more than one USB gadget into the kernel.

As fas as I know, every module uses some endpoints, so if there are
enough available endpoints, providing both functionalities shouldn't be
impossible...

Does anybody know if there is any patch to these gadgets or some
development to accomplish this task? We would be open even to hiring
somebody to do these tasks....

Thank you so much in advance!
