The baud rate is totally fake on this device.... The only thing that change the device's speed is the clock-rate of the card reader (the turbo option used at load time). So affecting any value as baud rate and coding this stuff is just a waste of time. This is why I have hard-coded the value in the driver. In the future I will try to implement a table to affect different turbo value for each iuu devices...
