That is assuming that libusb is part of moblin.  I do not think it is.

I was cruising to build a minimal sample, calling the above initialization routines just to get started.

However, i run into my first problem when there isnt an <usb.h> under /usr/include.

Make sure you have the libusb development package installed on your
system.

This has absolutly nothing to do with the kernel's USB stack, sorry.
You might redirect your libusb questions to the libusb mailing list, as
that is the proper place for it.
