Your patch needs to be at the root of the kernel tree (not in the
drivers/usb/serial/ directory), and your email client changed all tabs
to spaces, and it is line-wrapped, making this patch impossible to apply.

Also, it looks like you are removing support for some existing devices
with this patch, why?  They were added in the past by someone for a good
reason.
