May I suggest that you try to determine whether the issue
happens on the same SCSI command? We need to know what
triggers it.
It is not same command for sure...But as i told previously, occurs
while 1) read_capacity_16(0x9e) or 2) REPORT_LUN(0xa0) or 3)
INQUIRY(0x12) command
(I can say while sd_revalidate_disk)
If issue occur no status "missing" for above (one of the or more)
command/s in LeCroy.
