[PATCH 00/10] USB drivers: use helper functions to determine endpoint characteristics

USB drivers: use helper functions to determine endpoint type and
direction instead of fiddling with bEndpointAddress and bmAttributes

This patch set substitutes the one sent out previously, which used
spaces for indentation instead of blanks
