No
As said the problems start when there are multiple write operation
This is a multi bay enclosure. If there is only one HDD inside, there
are no problems
Unfortunately it is not simple to "silence" the activity on the HDD,
since I run BTRFS on it.
That is why I have asked also for a way to provide more info. If you
google a little bit you will see that it is a very common problem
