Add dummies for dmam_{alloc,free}_coherent(), to allow compile-testing
if NO_DMA=y.
This prevents the following from showing up later:

ERROR: "dmam_alloc_coherent" [drivers/mmc/host/dw_mmc.ko] undefined!
