These patches are sufficiently important fixes that they should not be
delayed until the .31 release.

Without this set of patches Wireless USB devices only work in the most
limited and carefully controlled tests (no unexpected disconnects, no
endpoint stalls, no configuration/interface changes).

Patch 3 corrects part of the Wireless USB userspace ABI which I think is
important to be corrected sooner rather than later before userspace
applications start using the broken interface.

The version of the patch in this series already has the corrections
requested by Alan.
