That would be great!  Another thing that needs to be updated is in 
unusual_devs.h, where it says:

 * Send your submission to either Phil Dibowitz <phil@xxxxxxxx> or
 * Alan Stern <stern@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, and don't forget to CC: the
 * USB development list <linux-usb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> and the USB storage list
 * <usb-storage@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

We should remove the personal email addresses and just keep the mailing 
lists.  Maybe even remove the usb-storage list, since it's not used for 
very much any more.
