When I enable debugging in the driver I see a lot of these too:

dwc2 ef6c0000.usbotg: --Host Channel 0 Interrupt: Transaction Error--
dwc2 ef6c0000.usbotg: --Host Channel 0 Interrupt: Transaction Error--
dwc2 ef6c0000.usbotg: --Host Channel 1 Interrupt: Transaction Error--

While reading data from a usb mass storage (CF reader).
