This doesn't apply to the latest usb-next tree, so I'll let Mathias
handle it and massage it to work properly in the next set of patches he
sends to me {hint hint hint}.

Oh, ok.
I somehow got the impression that patches are not welcome this
late in in the rc cycle, not even for usb-next, so I stared piling them
for 4.13

I'll massage them a bit and send them
