[PATCH 0/2] USB: serial: console: fix tty-lock regression

Testing a simple clean-up patch resulted in a lockdep splat, which
turned out to be due to an uninitialised spin lock after a tty change
that went into 4.6. Makes you wonder how many people actually use this
code...
