Only for devices from Nokia, Nikon, and Motorola.  Maybe we should add 
Pentax to that list.

For now, you can add an unusual_devs entry of your own for the camera.  
Just copy the entry reported by Jaak Ristioja and change the second hex 
number from 0x006e to 0x00a7 (and change the name to "Optio E50").

Or, if you use 2.6.29-rc1 or later, you can simply add

	options usb-storage 0a17:00a7:c

to your /etc/modprobe.conf, with no need to rebuid the kernel.
