Make that:  one interface, many (alt)settings.

Today, things like CDC drivers just claim whatever
is identified in their "CDC Union" descriptor.  Same
can be done for IAD.  (Do we have a USB Video driver
yet?  That was the first class spect to require IAD,
as I recall.)  No extension needed.
