I don't see what it fixes. Care to explain?
otg_{get,set,put}_transceiver() are now standard calls under
drivers/usb/otg/otg.c
this is fixing a redefinition error.
How come there was a redefinition error if USB_OTG_UTILS wasn't selected
before this patch. I think this is not really a fix and Andrew was correct
putting this into linux-next only.
