Since the commit b1c127ae (usb: host: xhci: plat: make use of new methods in xhci_plat_priv) changed the setting timing of xhci->quirks to xhci_rcar_init_quirk(), the quirks was overwritten by xhci_gen_setup(). So, this patch fixes the issue using a "quirks" of struct xhci_plat_priv.
