After some digging I found several ways to avoid that behaviour.
But I think the bug should be fixed in the linux code. It's a pity,
I couldn't fix it myself.
The ways to avoid the bug:
1) rmmod xhci_pci
2) echo disabled >
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1c.0/0000:06:00.0/0000:07:01.0/0000:08:00.0/power/wakeup
3) disable USB3.0 in the BIOS setup.
Any of these methods works well.
And here's the appropriate output of "lspci -v":
