It means that at runtime (when module is already loaded and initialized!) userspace can decide to export some block device via usb. And unexport it at every time. Also this patch does not export any device by default. So it does not lock any block device (like MyDocs), so there is really no regressions like you though about MyDocs. usb networking, tty and also phone will still work via g_nokia.
