Durring booting there is a ~14 Sec. pause and then I get this kernel errors:

usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71

usb 1-1: device not accepting address 4, error -71
usb 1-1: new high-speed USB device number 5 using ehci-pci
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 5, error -71
usb usb1-port1: unable to enumerate USB device
What happens if you unplug the flash drive just after the kernel and
initramfs image have been loaded, while the kernel is still
initializing? You could then plug it back in while the kernel is
searching for the root device.

Hmm... I think this time I send my replay no exclusivly to Alen.
That suggestion works. And I can get the system to boot if I time it right.
Thanks to that I could compile a 4.0 kernel on that system and test it.
But I get the same errors.
