SanDisk Ultra Fit (32 GB version)
USB 3.0 Flash Drive

I have this USB stick that works fine when using it with win7 or Linux.
But if I try to boot linux from it (Be it a installation image or xubuntu installed on it from another usb stick) then I get errors and the stick gets unresponsive until the machine is hardreseted or the Flash Drive pullet out and in again.

I have two machines and it happens on both.

-Acer Aspire One (Netbook with usb 2.0)
-ASRock Z87 Pro3 + 4670k (this has usb 3.0)

Here the output on the Acer Aspire One. Kernel Version on the Xubuntu 14.10 installer image is 3.16.0-23-generic
Durring booting there is a ~14 Sec. pause and then I get this kernel errors:

usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110
usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-1: new high-speed USB device number 3 using ehci-pci

usb 1-5: Product: Acer Crystal Eye webcam
usb 1-5: Manufacture: SuYin
usb 1-5: SerialNumber: CN0316-M608-0V01-VA-R02.00.00

~50 Sec. later:

random: nonblocking pool is initialized
hidraw: raw HID events driver (C) Jiri Kosina
usbcore: register new interface driver usbhid
usbhid: USB HID core driver

after that xubuntu throws me into BusyBox

Also tried xubuntu 15.04 that comes with 3.19.0-10-generic and debian 7.2.0 with 3.2.0-4-686-pea. But basicly I get the same errors.
