[PATCH 00/22] Use USB_DT[_SS]_HUB in the host drivers

Hello.

   Here's a set of 22 patches against the 'usb-next' branch of Greg KH's
'usb.git' repo. It's to replace the use of the hex numbers where the
USB_DT[_SS]_HUB #define's should have been used.
