Hello guys.
This time I am managing to use the system while in the "middle of the problem".

you can notiche the dmesg process with PID 3178 is there waiting for the chance to read something (might be itself) from disk. It's stuck there
indefinitely.

And yes: the process (dmesg) will not appear in any of the two traces.

I managed to continue using the system by killing rtorrent in time, but it will probably not stay up for long long time.
Or who knows.
