I suppose yes, the PLL is configured in the right way (anyway I do not touch any
known register neither in the linux kernel, neither in the barebox and/or
bootlets), because the subsequent boots are running fine (at least the 90% of
the times)

You mean check the PLL Configuration for USB1 Host Controller? Which register or registers' set are you referring about?

Besides, if bootloader usb works ok with continual warm reset tests?

On bootlets and Bootloader THERE ARE NO USB SUPPORT activated, so I cannot claim "bootloader usb works".

Or are you referring to the USB downloader (BootROM) features?
It is connected to the USB0 port (microUSB) and this port *HAS NEVER DEACTIVATED OR NOT WORKING*...
