Initially I thinked that USB-serial convertor is dead so I tried it for sure in another machine but it works. Then I remembered non-functional USB keyboard and began to look at the problem :-). And result is that problem is in new kernel. I can try patches, enable some debug options but you must say what to try :-). (I am not USB expert).
