bug-report: Kernel NULL pointer dereferenced when attaching an external HD via usb

Hi,
My laptop is HP Envy4-1220tx with Intel HM77 chipset, and I'm using
Arch Linux with kernel 3.17.1-1-ARCH. When I connect an external HD to
my laptop, system freezes after 30 sec. Not certain whether the bug is
related to kernel or udev. kernel log as follows:

Kernel log ends here and system freezes, no stack trace.
The external HD works normal in Windows. Any help?
