XHCI dies after several tries to enumerate a USB mouse

Overview: XHCI dies if i have my USB mouse plugged in at boot.

Steps to Reproduce: Boot any newer Linux Distribution with Kernel 3.13 or 3.14 and plug in my USB mouse before startup. If i boot normally i dont have USB at all after boot, but if i continiously move the mouse at login prompt until the system is completely up, the mouse and xhci is working flawless. The Mouse is a Wintech Z-2 Laser Mouseplugged in at a USB 2.0 Port of my Motherboard (Gigabyte Z87n-wifi)
