No, neither for 3.14.7 nor for 3.15.

USB wakeup signals from hibernation don't work, the power button does.
Wakeup from suspend still works (unlike the situation before
c1db30a2a79eb59997b13b8cabf2a50bea9f04e1, the commit I bisected the
hibernation problem to).
