In current design, the two g_mass_storage can't run at both ports,
that's the reason I choose the idea if "if there is bound udc already
for this gadget driver, it will not bind any udcs", if you want
any gadget driver can bind more than one udcs, I can change gadget bus's
match rule.

Let's see how many problems still be existed? We can fix them one by
one. I know it changes udc-core a lot, many things we need to consider
and many tests we need to test.
