Dear Sirs,
I encountered a bug when trying to use my webcam in ubuntu 14.04 x64,
which seems to be xhci/usb 3.0 related ...
As I didn't know that it was a kernel-bug a filed a bug report at launchpad:

my google search turned up a few similar bugs:

is there a workaround for this yet? (newer kernel version?)
