All three files show the system hanging after the resume, even the file
with nothing in the rear ports.  Also, the logs are incomplete; it
looks like a bunch of stuff is missing from the start of the suspend.  
Did you use netconsole to collect the logs?

Oddly, this log is much more complete than the others.  Did you collect 
it the same way?

This is very puzzling.  Let's try one more combination.  Can you
collect a log showing 3.14 with commit 0aa2832dd0d9d8 reverted and the 
mouse & keyboard both plugged into the rear ports?

Offhand, I'd say there's something wrong with the USB controller 
hardware on the motherboard.  With incomplete information, though, it's 
hard to tell for certain.
