Which device is the troublesome mouse?  You have so many USB devices 
attached, it's hard to tell what's going on.

Can you run the same test again, but this time with all the USB devices 
unplugged (or as many as possible) except for the mouse?

Also, don't attach the kernel log file; instead attach the output 
from the dmesg command.  And turn on CONFIG_PRINTK_TIME in your 
kernel's configuration.
