I have some of that cooking up in "dwc3-initial-pm-support" on my k.org git tree. Once all of that is tested and stabilized, we can start thinking about actually implementing hibernation. Note that Hibernation is a rather complex feature and it'll need a lot of careful testing before we can merge it upstream and, since I don't have HW with hibernation support, I'll need you guys to help testing. cheers -- balbi
