P4080 + EHCI driver in uboot

Hi,
I've been trying to understand why the uboot code is unable to work with
USB1.1 devices.
The board has a hub chip connected to the one of the 2 usb controllers.

On a USB analyzer:
I notice on an analyzer that there are no SOF or IN tokens seen on the
bus at all. After the very first setup packet is sent and ACK'd, there is no IN token seen on an the analyzer for the data stage of the Get descriptor transaction.

Uboot debug indicates that the transfer times out.

The kernel driver appears to be handle USB1.1/USB2.0 well indicating that the hub chip connected to the ehci controller is good.

Has anyone else seen the ppc uboot work with Usb1.1 devices ?
Thank you
Regards
Ruchika
