Add support for ANT USB-m Stick from Dynastream Innovations, by listing
USB pid

Hi Kristóf,

Your second patch did not apply at all. I'm not sure how you generated the
patch but for some reason the hunk range information was malformed. I just
fixed it up here and also removed the continuation-character indentation.

This patch should show up in the stable trees in a few weeks.
