When the filesystem isn't mounted with I_VERSION, i_version should be set to 0. Originally when the filesytem wasn't mounted with I_VERSION support, the file would only be measured once. With commit ac0bf025d2c0 ("ima: Use i_version only when filesystem supports it"), this changed.
