The following commit has been merged into the x86/urgent branch of tip: Commit-ID: efa165504943f2128d50f63de0c02faf6dcceb0d Gitweb: https://git.kernel.org/tip/efa165504943f2128d50f63de0c02faf6dcceb0d Author: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> AuthorDate: Wed, 09 Jun 2021 21:18:00 +02:00 Committer: Borislav Petkov <bp@xxxxxxx> CommitterDate: Thu, 10 Jun 2021 08:04:24 +02:00 x86/fpu: Reset state for all signal restore failures If access_ok() or fpregs_soft_set() fails in __fpu__restore_sig() then the function just returns but does not clear the FPU state as it does for all other fatal failures. Clear the FPU state for these failures as well.
