[tip: core/rcu] refperf: Label experiment-number column "Runs"

refperf: Label experiment-number column "Runs"

The experiment-number column is currently labeled "Threads", which is
misleading at best.  This commit therefore relabels it as "Runs", and
adjusts the scripts accordingly.
