locking/lockdep: Rename CONFIG_LOCKDEP_COMPLETE to CONFIG_LOCKDEP_COMPLETIONS

'complete' is an adjective and LOCKDEP_COMPLETE sounds like 'lockdep is complete',
so pick a better name that uses a noun.
