block,rcu: Convert call_rcu(disk_free_ptbl_rcu_cb) to kfree_rcu()

The rcu callback disk_free_ptbl_rcu_cb() just calls a kfree(),
so we use kfree_rcu() instead of the call_rcu(disk_free_ptbl_rcu_cb).
