locking: Use __[SPIN|RW]_LOCK_UNLOCKED in [spin|rw]_lock_init()

SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED and RW_LOCK_UNLOCKED are deprecated. Replace them
with the __*_LOCK_UNLOCKED variants.
