perf_counter tools: move remaining code into kerneltop.c

- perfstat.c can be safely removed now
- perfstat: -s => -a for system wide accounting
- kerneltop: add -S/--stat for perfstat mode
- minor adjustments to kerneltop --help, perfstat --help
