Validate there are no duplicate ITS-MSI hwirqs from the
/sys/kernel/irq/*/hwirq.
One example log show 2 duplicated MSI entries in the /proc/interrupts.

Kernel patch ("PCI/MSI: Fix MSI hwirq truncation") [1] fix above issue.
