perf record commands:
    - perf record -e cs_etm//u -- taskset -c 3,4 ./test
    - perf record -e cs_etm//u --per-thread  -- taskset -c 3,4 ./test

Perf report command:
    - perf report --stdio --dump

This is on Neoverse V2 with ETE source and TRBE sink.
