[PATCH] phy: tegra: xusb: check return value of devm_kzalloc()

devm_kzalloc() returns a pointer to dynamically allocated memory.
Pointer could be NULL in case allocation fails. Check pointer validity.
Identified with coccinelle (kmerr.cocci script).
