[PATCH] staging: nvec: replace udelay() with usleep_range()

Replace 'udelay()' with 'usleep_range()' with 1000us as upper limit.
This issue is reported by checkpatch.pl script.

CHECK: usleep_range is preferred over udelay; see
Documentation/timers/timers-howto.rst
