Although, will be easier to just do this in the resume:

val = tdc_read(tdc, TEGRA_GPCDMA_CHAN_CSRE);

if (val & TEGRA_GPCDMA_CHAN_CSRE_PAUSE) {
	val &= ~TEGRA_GPCDMA_CHAN_CSRE_PAUSE;
	tdc_write(tdc, TEGRA_GPCDMA_CHAN_CSRE, val);
}
